The Serial Entrepreneur
From the Trenches: A Journey of Resilience and Reinvention
I’ve been called a Serial Entrepreneur, but I like to think of myself as a problem solver with a passion for building things that matter. My journey has been anything but ordinary. It’s been a mix of high-stakes ventures, hard-won lessons, and a relentless drive to help others succeed.
I started my first software company in 1999 in Canada. With ambition and a big vision, I took it all the way to Silicon Valley. When I returned in 2002, I launched another technology company and sold it.
This early success taught me how to innovate and execute. But the real lessons came later.
The Long Road to Success
After my technology ventures, I was approached to join a Network Marketing company with an interesting twist. I hesitated, because by then I had already failed at Network Marketing for more than 25 years. Still, I gave it one more shot, and this time was different.
In just 18 months, I built a network of over 12,000 distributors and customers. But when issues arose in the company, I made the difficult choice to walk away without taking my downline.
Starting fresh, I joined another ground-floor company and repeated my success, growing an organization of over 18,000 distributors and customers in 18 months. Unfortunately, that company was later shut down by regulators.
"It’s one thing to make money. It’s another to make impact."
After years of building, earning, and starting over, I realized I wanted something more meaningful. I tried Venture Capital, which was financially rewarding but lacked the fulfillment I was searching for.
This led me to a humanitarian organization called Humanity Unites Brilliance. I helped bring their mission to Canada, and in doing so, I rediscovered my own mission:
To eradicate poverty by helping people fill their financial cups until they overflow, so they can fill the cups of others.
The Rules I Live By
My Current Mission: Preparing People for an AI-Driven Future
Today, I’m the founder of Zenoshi, a company that started with the goal of creating a better rewards program but has since evolved into something much larger and more impactful.
The Urgency Code
I also wrote a book titled The Urgency Code – Why We Must Act Now Before It’s Too Late. Many people assumed it was about learning AI tools or skilling up quickly, but it’s about something far more critical. The book explores the societal shifts AI and automation will bring and the massive job losses that are inevitable unless governments and corporations act now. It doesn’t stop at outlining the problems. It offers real-world solutions and calls for a global movement to ensure technology benefits all of humanity.
ZenoshiAI: Free AI Education for All
In line with the book’s message, I created ZenoshiAI, a free online AI education platform. Our academy features over 60 video lessons, each between one and five minutes long, making it easy for anyone to start their AI journey without feeling overwhelmed.
I also send out a free weekly newsletter, ZenoshiAI Edge, which shares the latest AI trends, tools, and side hustle ideas to help people stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
ZenoshiAIO: One Platform. All the Leading AIs.
For those ready to go deeper, I launched ZenoshiAIO. This platform gives individuals and businesses access to multiple leading AI models, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and more, all in one place for one low monthly price. It’s an all-in-one AI toolkit designed to save time, boost productivity, and unlock innovation.
Looking Ahead: A Foundation for the Future
My ultimate goal is to launch the Zenoshi Entrepreneurial and Financial Education Foundation. Its mission will be to eradicate poverty one person at a time by teaching people to become entrepreneurs and manage their finances. These life-changing skills are rarely taught in schools, yet they are vital for thriving in a world where automation is rewriting the rules of work and success.

The Rules I Live By
- Help enough people get what they want, and you can have everything you want.
- If you want to make change, make money. A full cup allows you to fill the cups of many.
- Nothing in life is free. Passion, excitement, consistent focus, and hard work are the price of entry.
